Mainstream Management, LLC was founded in 1999 by Joseph P. Patten and Jacqueline L. Gimberline. Mr. Patten and Ms. Gimberline had a vision to supply middle-market public and privately held corporations with high level, professional operational and financial solutions that previously had only been available to larger corporations.

Since MainStream’s initial assignment in 1999 with First Chicago Equity Capital, now J.P. Morgan Chase Company, Mr. Patten and Ms. Gimberline’s shared vision has been a reality as MainStream has seen continuous growth in revenues and profitability all the while maintaining a well defined organizational scope so as to deliver the highest quality business solutions.
